It always amazes me how wherever you go, every culture, every community has bread.
A few weeks ago I got a message from a lovely 14 yr baker, Sara from Sofia, Bulgaria, she invited me and Dad to come stay with her family and teach Breaducation to local schools and community groups.
We had no idea what to expect but we said YES!
We packed a suitcase full of kits, met Sara and her amazing family at the airport, over the next few days with the help of Sara translating we taught our Breaducation classes.
In Each class we made magic dough, focaccia, flatbread, pizza and loaves, alongside their bakes they also took home a Kitty's Kit each.
None of this would have been possible without the generosity of Sara and her lovely family.
It really just shows how international the joy of bread making really is.
