Pizza Pockets

Ingredients:

 

1 Pack of Kitty’s Kits

330ml water
Tomato passata
Cheese (I use mozzarella)

Basil
Any other fillings

Method:

​

1. mix your kit and water into a shaggy dough, pop a cloth ontop, leave for 4-24hrs.

 

2. scoop the dough onto a floured surface, divide into 8 chunks, gently stretch out the pieces of

dough then dollop a spoonful of pasata, a handful of cheese and a couple basil leaves onto the

bottom half of each piece. Take the top half and fold over the filling, like you would fold a piece of paper, pinch the seams together. Place onto a lined baking tray and prove for 30 mins.


3. Bake for 15-20 mins at 240c until golden.


4. Cool (the hardest part) and eat!
