Chocolate Tear & Share Rolls

Ingredients:
1 kitty’s kit
330ml water
Chocolate spread

Method:
​
1) mix your kit and water into a shaggy dough, pop a cloth ontop, leave for 4-24hrs.
2) scoop the dough onto a floured surface, divide into 10-12 chunks, dollop a spoonful
of chocolate spread into the centre of each chunk then like a dumpling encase the filling
by pinching all the corners into the middle. Place seam side down onto a lined baking tray
and prove for 1-2hrs.
3) Bake for 15 mins at 220c until golden.
