Baguettes
Ingredients:
1 Pack of Kitty’s Kits
330ml water
Method:
1. Pour all your ingredients into a large bowl and either with a spoon, your hands or a dough
hook, mix into a shaggy dough. Pop a cloth over the top and leave for 10+hrs in a cosy corner.

2. Scoop out your dough onto a lightly floured surface, divide in two, then, like a sleeping bag,
roll each half into a log. Flour your tea towel and place the baguettes on top, with little ripples
alongside each baguette - this helps them keep their shape. Leave for 1hr. Preheat your oven
to 250c and pop a baking tray inside.

3. Take out the tray, line with baking paper, pick up the baguettes (like a snake), pop them down on the tray, then with scissors or a sharp blade, make slits across your baguettes. Bake for 20 mins.
4. Take out, slather in butter and eat :)
