Deep Dish Pizza
1 Kitty's Kit
2 handfuls grated cheese
2 tbsp tomato passata
1 tbsp ricotta
6 slices of chorizo (or pepperoni)
1. Pour your kit and water into a bowl, mix into a shaggy dough and pop a cloth over the top. Leave anywhere from 8-24 hours.
2. Oil a deep dish baking tray, scoop out your dough, squish it into the corners then leave to prove for 1hr- preheat the oven to 220c.
3. Top with cheese THEN tomato passata (I know it feels weird), lay on your meat and blobs of ricotta.
4. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and crisp, sprinkle over some chopped basil and leave to cool on a rack for 10 minutes....
SLICE AND EAT!
