Bialys
A Bialy is a beautiful love child between a pizza and a bagel, you can fill them with anything,
sweet /savoury /left overs.

Ingredients:

1 Kitty's Kit
330ml water

Method:
​
1. Pour your pack into a bowl, add your water and mix, either with a spoon or your hands,
once there is no dry flour left, pop a cloth over the top and leave for 10+hrs (overnight).

2. Once your dough has had it’s magic fermentation, scoop it out onto a floured table, cut into 6 chunks then pinch the corners of each piece into the middle and roll into a tight ball. Line a baking tray and space out your balls. Place your cloth back over the top and leave for 1hr.

Preheat the oven to 200c.

3. Decide what you want to fill your bialy with, then with your fingers dimple a small creator in the middle of each roll and fill with your filling. Slide into the oven and bake for 15 minutes until golden.

4. Leave to cool for 15 mins before eating.
